You can request an exchange directly by dropping us a mail at info@proshoplempereur.be.
if it’s in stock, we’ll reserve it and ship it to you as soon as we receive your original item.
Please enclose a note with the reason for your return, including your order number and the items you wish to return. Tell us what you’d like to do (return for a store credit, an exchange or full refund).
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags. PRO STAR GOLF reserves the right to refuse any exhanges that do not meet these conditions.
We will only accept returned items unworn / un-damaged.
